Origins

Established in 1970 by British fashion designer Linda Farrow, the brand revolutionized the eyewear industry by treating sunglasses as high-fashion accessories. Farrow’s avant-garde designs, characterized by oversized frames and bold geometric shapes, quickly garnered attention from top designers and fashion houses. However, in the mid-1980s, the brand went on hiatus. In 2003, her son, Simon Jablon, rediscovered the brand’s extensive archives and relaunched it, initially under the name “Linda Farrow Vintage,” before reestablishing it as a leading luxury eyewear label. ​

Linda Farrow remains a privately owned company, led by Simon Jablon as CEO and Creative Director, alongside his wife, Tracy Sedino. Their leadership has been instrumental in maintaining the brand’s commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and luxury.

Linda Farrow is renowned for its use of luxurious materials, including 18-24K gold plating, Japanese titanium, and Italian acetate.
