Founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife duo Bruce and Leslie Gifford, Naked Cashmere emerged as a direct-to-consumer brand specializing in luxury cashmere. Ownership
Initially privately owned by the Giffords, Naked Cashmere underwent a significant transition when Hong Kong-based Naga Brands and advisory group BlueSentinel acquired a controlling interest in 360Sweater Co., the parent company of Naked Cashmere. Following this acquisition, Patti Cazzato, formerly of Victoria's Secret, was appointed CEO, while Bruce Gifford transitioned to the role of non-executive chairman and Leslie Gifford remained as president and creative director.
